Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards from Mr Colin Hall, Chairman, Leicester East Constituency Labour Party

  Following our correspondence I have received a letter from Mr Kamal which I enclose for your information.

  As you can see Mr Kamal has copied it to a number of members of the Labour Party. I would be glad if you could let me know if it is appropriate for me to reply to this letter.
