he was able to provide a list of further individuals who have
received the letter of 17 April.
I understand from my client that you have written
directly to him requesting this information and on his instructions
I am replying.
The names are as follows, all of whom are Leicester
City Councillors. My client is not absolutely sure whether or
not the letter received a wider distribution and whether this
is a final list.
