Dear Member,
I am writing to you in connection with a new
"100 Club Lottery" that we are seeking to establish
in Leicester East.
The idea is to raise funds on a regular basis
by asking people to regularly contribute to a lottery each month
with cash prizes, in order to raise funds to obtain premises and
finance a permanent local organiser's post in the constituency.
