Letter to Councillor Mustafa Kamal from the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards

  I am pleased to inform you that Mr Colin Hall has replied to my letter to say "that neither I (he) nor the Constituency Labour Party will commence any proceedings against Mr Kamal (you) in respect of the contents of his letter to you (me) of 17 April".

  I hope this deals with your concerns about Mr Hall's letter to you.
