Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards from Mr Nazmu Virani, Cygnet Properties and Leisure plc

  Thank you for your letter of 14 March 2000 and as I advised during our telephone conversation, donation was made by Control Securities plc. But since I departed Control in 1991 leaving all of the records behind, I am unable after such a long time to help you with either amount or purpose.
