Letter to the Registrar of Members' Interests

Thank you for seeing me this morning and for
confirming that my entry for Control/Control Securities was in
order.
I am writing to you to confirm for the record
that the name of the company has changed to Ascot Holdings PLC.
It changed on 18 June 1993. The Sunday Times informed me
of this, last weekend. I enclose a copy of extel extract.
I understand that there is no need for a declaration
to be made in the new name.
