I refer to my letter of 22 August and your acknowledgement
of 31 August. It is not clear to me whether you intend to provide
me with a substantive response to my letter or whether you intend
to include evidence against my client, if any, in your draft report
to which we would then have an opportunity to respond before it
is finalised. I should be grateful if you would make the position
clear. I draw attention in particular to the last paragraph of
my letter of 22 August.
