Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner
for Standards

I spoke with your PA today and respond to your request
for additional information as follows:—
1. Councillor John Anderson reported the complaint
of unauthorised tipping on the 25 January 2001.
2. Council deposited 3150 tonnes in the Ballyrickard
site during the period March-December 2000 inclusive. Costs were
£14,175.00 made up of £7,875.00 plus £6,300 landfill
tax.
