Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner

We refer to the above and confirm that Ms Hilliard
has now obtained information from BT Cellnet in relation to her
mobile account.
We enclose for your attention a copy of a letter
confirming that the invoices for the period December 1998 to March
1999 are no longer available. We enclose the accounts for the
period April 1999 to May 1999. There are some calls to the House
of Commons though Miss Hilliard does not recollect whether these
were to Dr Reid. We would remind you that our client has consistently
pointed out that Dr Reid invariably contacted her.
We should also say that our client requested the
appropriate bills some time ago. It took some weeks for BT Cellnet
to provide the invoices and it was only at the end of August that
the position in relation to the main part of our client`s employment
with Dr Reid was clarified.
