The Committee deliberated.
Draft Report [Welsh Young Offenders Held Outside Wales: Interim
Report and Proposals for Further Inquiry], proposed by Mr Huw
Edwards, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report proposed by Mr Huw Edwards
be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 16 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Second Report of the Committee
to the House.
Ordered, That Mr Huw Edwards do make the Report to the
House.
Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No.134 (select
committees (reports)) be applied to the Report.
A Paper was ordered to be appended to the Report.

by the Chairman.
