. In the case of a private bill, it shall not be necessary to comply with the standing orders and practice of this House relating to provisions authorising charges upon the public revenue, by reason only that the bill contains provisions authorising expenditure by a local authority which would or might be taken into account in determining the sums payable by way of Revenue Support Grant under the enactments relating to local government in England and Wales or in Scotland.
Modification of practice as to charges on public revenue.
