Westminster Hall
Following the decision of the House on 20 November, adjournment debates in Westminster Hall will now take place between 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Subject to the discretion of the Speaker, Tuesday debates will begin with three 1 hour debates which will be followed by three half an hour debates, and Wednesday debates will begin with two 11/2 hour debates which will be followed by three half an hour debates. The 11/2 hour and the 1 hour debates are intended for general issues to which a number of Members may wish to contribute.
