'Reports to the Court

    75   If the administrator is still in office three months after the date on which a company enters into administration, he shall within fourteen days—

      (1) take the steps to bring the administration to an end provided for in paragraphs 78, 79, 82 or 83, or

      (2) report to the court on the company's estimated financial and trading position, the expected outcome of the administration and the time within which he considers the purpose of administration is likely to be achieved.

    76   Following a report to the court under paragraph 75(2) the administrator shall, while he continues in office, report to the court at such intervals or on such dates, and on such matters, as the court shall direct. In the absence of such directions the administrator shall report to the court at intervals of no more than six months on the matters mentioned in paragraph 75(2).'.
