Mr John Whittingdale NC9 To move the following Clause:'.The following shall be inserted after section 415(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (Fees orders (individual insolvency proceedings in England and Wales)): "(3A) An order under this section shall provide for:
Vesting: the family home
Mr David Borrow NC12 To move the following Clause:'The following shall be inserted into the Insolvency Act 1986 after section 306
Notwithstanding section 306(2), the 'family home' shall vest in the trustee for a period of three years commencing with the date of the bankruptcy order and thereafter, if it has not previously been disposed of by the trustee, the interest that the bankrupt had prior to the commencement of the bankruptcy shall revert to the bankrupt.".'.
