Young Offenders

Mrs. May: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many individuals aged between (a) 10 and 11 and (b) 12 and 17 years were (i) cautioned and (ii) sentenced for indictable offences in each year since 1997 in each police force area in England and Wales. [45588]
