Mr Paul Bellringer OBE, Director, GamCare, Ms Rachel Lampard, Secretary for Parliamentary and Political Affairs, the Methodist Church, representing Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, the Bishop of Blackburn, Professor Peter Collins, Centre for the Studying of Gambling, Salford University, Professor Jim Orford, Professor of Clinical and Community Psychology, School of Psychology, the University of Birmingham, were examined.
