DON VALLEY STADIUM UPGRADE
|1.||Alterations/refurbishment work to provide 38,000 stadium spectator capacity (30,000 permanent and 8,000 temporary) (legacy 32,000)
|2.||Resurfaced track, surfaced infield, jumping areas and other sports facilities.

|4.||Sundries Alterations/Refurbishment to the Stadium car park and general external works including removal of photo-finish tower.
|5.||Media Centre1,250 sq m of floor area, part building and part external ramps and terraces @ say £1,000 per sq m
|6.||Provision of press seats, benches and electronics380 spaces, press access security etc
|7.||Provision of six VIP hospitality boxes and eight lower grade hospitality boxes for sponsors
| ||Replace 25,000 existing seats: £750, 000
| ||Extra-over for 1,700 VIP seats and balustrading to VIP areas: £200,000
|9.||Disabled Access to the Hospitality box areas with a disabled lift
|10.||Reconfiguration of the south stand lower floor areato limit and secure access to the track and provide improved access to the area for the media and hospitality
|11.||Provision of Box Office and concessions facilities500 sq.m.
|12.||Provision of an athletes secure route within the Stadium from the E.I.S building and warm-up track.
|14.||Provision of the warm-up track on the "grass bowl" area together with throws area.
