Draft Report [Proposal for the Regulatory Reform (Special Occasions Licensing) Order 2001], proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.

Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.B (The Chairman.)

Paragraphs 1 to 58 read and agreed to.

Several Papers were ordered to be appended to the Report.

Resolved, That the Report be the First Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.

Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 134 (Select committees (reports)) be applied to the Report in respect of the relevant officers of Government departments concerned with the proposal.
