The Committee deliberated.

Resolved, That the Committee do visit New Zealand in connection with its inquiry into the Future of UK Agriculture.

Ordered, That the Chairman do seek the approval of the Liaison Committee for expenditure in connection with the said visit.

Flooding: Mr Elliot Morley, a Member of the House, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Commons), Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, was further examined and Sir John Harman, Chairman, Environment Agency, was examined.
