Ordered, That the draft
Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 43 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report
be the First Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman
do make the Report to the House.
The Committee further deliberated.
Ordered, That the Committee
would in future make use of Sub-committees to consider specific
topics as it considered appropriate, and would appoint Members
to Sub-committees for the duration of specific inquiries.—(The
