Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.

Ordered, That the Appendices to the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee be reported to the House.

The Committee further deliberated

Water Framework Directive: Ms Jacqui Cuff, Rural and Community Development Consultant, Rural Horizons, was examined.

Baroness Young, a Member of the House of Lords, Chief Executive, Dr Martin Griffiths, Head of Water Quality, and Dr Andrew Skinner, Head of Environmental Quality, Environment Agency, were examined.
