The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee
has agreed to the following Special Report:
DELIVERING SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT:
GOVERNMENT REPLY TO THE FIFTH REPORT OF SESSION 2000-01 FROM THE
ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPORT AND REGIONAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
Responsibility for this matter has now passed to
the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and therefore
to the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee. The Committee
received a memorandum from the Department for Environment, Food
and Rural Affairs on 13 February 2002, constituting the Government's
Reply to the Fifth Report of Session 2000-01 from the Environment,
Transport and Regional Affairs Committee, Delivering Sustainable
Waste Management, made to the House on 14 March 2001. The
Reply is appended.
