Select Committee on Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Minutes of Evidence

Examination of Witnesses (Questions 280 - 281)

TUESDAY 26 MARCH 2002

MRS MARIANNE WENNING AND DR TOM BATCHELOR

  280. They got it wrong.
(Dr Batchelor) I think that is for the UK to decide, sir, at this stage.

Chairman

  281. Thank you very much indeed for coming and joining us this afternoon. You have given us an interesting and, indeed, invaluable insight into the Management Committee and other matters in the context of this regulation. I look forward to the further detailed points which you have very kindly agreed to supply us with. Thank you, again, for coming. We very much appreciate it.
  (Dr Batchelor) Thank you.
