HOUSEHOLD COSTS
ALLOWANCE
Gibraltar Community Care Ltd has been set up
to assist identified groups of retired persons, who are not living
in institutions (eg Old People's Homes, Hospitals etc...) and
who will require support in meeting the basic costs of running
their households. It has now been decided to pay a Household Cost
Allowance of £2 per week to single persons and £5 per
week to married couples. Payments will be made on a quarterly
basis and become effective on 1 October 1989.
We therefore enclose a cheque for £39 for
the Quarter October/December 1989. Your next payment will be sent
to you by post in 13 week's time. Should you have any queries,
