The Government's Drugs Policy: Is it Working?: Professor Juergen
Rehm, Chief Executive, Addiction Research Institute, Switzerland,
and Dr Gerrit van Santen, Medical Director of Public Mental Health,
Amsterdam Municipal Public Health Authority, Holland, were examined.
