The Committee deliberated.
Ordered, That Professor Gerald Wistow and Melanie
Henwood be appointed Specialist Advisers to assist the Committee
in its inquiry into Delayed Discharges.- (The Chairman.)

Principal Adviser, Health, and Mr Ike Iheanacho, Deputy Editor,
Drug and Therapeutics Bulletin, Consumers' Association, were examined.
Professor Martin Kendall, Chairman, Joint Formulary Committee,
