The International Development Committee reported
to the House on The Effectiveness of The Reforms of European Development
Assistance in its Second Report of Session 2001-02, published
on 23 April 2002 as HC 417. The Government Response to that Report
was received on 24 June 2002 in the form of a memorandum to the
Committee. It is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special Report.
