Report 2002], proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read the
first time.

The Committee further deliberated.
The Autumn Meetings of the IMF and the World Bank: Rt. Hon Clare
Short, a Member of the House, Secretary of State for International
Development, Mr Tony Faint, CBE, Director International,
and Ms Penny McMillin, Policy Analyst, International Financial
Institutions Department, Department for International Development
were examined.
