We are currently making arrangements for a flight to Uzbekistan (preferably Termez) as soon as possible. This is likely to be an Ilyushin-76 aeroplane carrying a six-person Field Support Team consisting of vehicles, communications, office equipment and accommodation. This will enable a team to establish a programme quickly on the ground, whether in Uzbekistan or Afghanistan, by giving an operational platform from which to work.
