The Committee deliberated.

Impact in Northern Ireland of Cross-border Road Fuel Price Differentials: Three Years On: Mr Roger Higman, Senior Climate and Transport Campaigner, Friends of the Earth (Northern Ireland), and Mr Gus Worth, General Manager, Earthwatch (Republic of Ireland), were examined, and Mr John Woods, Head of Campaigns and Development, Friends of the Earth (Northern Ireland), was further examined.

Mr Nigel Smyth, Director, Confederation of British Industry Northern Ireland, was further examined, and Mr Wilfred Mitchell, Chair Northern Ireland, Mr Glyn Roberts, Northern Ireland Press and Parliamentary Officer, Mr John Hurson, Northern Ireland Spokesperson on Taxation, and Mr Noel Zwicker, Haulage Company Owner and Director, Federation of Small Businesses Northern Ireland, were examined.
