Three Years On: Mr John Healey, a Member of the House, Economic
Secretary to the Treasury, and Margaret O'Mara, Associate Director,
Policing and Security, Northern Ireland Office, were examined
and Jane Kennedy, a Member of the House, Minister of State, Northern
Ireland Office, and Mr Paul Gerrard, Excise Fraud Strategy, HM
Customs and Excise, were further examined.
