Draft Report (The Financing of Terrorism in Northern Ireland),
proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 200 read and agreed to.
Annexes agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Fourth Report of the Committee
to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 134
(Select Committees (reports)) be applied to the Report.
Ordered, That a Memorandum [Government Response to the
Second Report from the Committee, The Financing of Terrorism in
Northern Ireland: Interim Report on the Proceeds of Crime Bill]
be appended to the Minutes of Evidence.
Several other papers were ordered to be appended to the Minutes
of Evidence.
Ordered, That parts of the Minutes of Evidence taken before
the Committee on 16th and 23rd January, 13th February, 6th March
and 10th April, together with the Appendices to the Minutes of
Evidence, be reported to the House.—(The Chairman.)
