Mr Peter Gershon CBE, Chief Executive, and Mr Hugh Barrett, Executive
Director, Supplier Relations and e-Commerce, Office of Government
Commerce, were examined; Mr Michael Whitehouse, Director, National
Audit Office, was examined (HC 309-i).
Mr Richard Bacon declared a former non-pecuniary interest as a
Director of the Management Consultancies Association.
The witnesses were further examined.
