Procurement in the Ministry of Defence (HC 290) was considered.
Mr Kevin Tebbit CMG, Permanent Under-Secretary of State, Ministry
of Defence; Mr Stan Porter, Director General Commercial, Ministry
of Defence, and Sir Robert Walmsley KCB, FREng, Chief of Defence
Procurement and Chief Executive, Defence Procurement Agency, were
examined (HC 370-i).
