Rough Sleepers Unit, Ms Naomi Eisenstadt, Director, Sure Start,
Ms Vanessa Hogbin, Quality Management Team, Small Business Service,
and Mr Stephen Mitchell, General Expenditure Policy, HM Treasury,
were examined; and Mr Michael Whitehouse, Director, Value for
Money Development and Modernising Government, National Audit Office,
was examined (HC 471-i).
Draft Report (Regulating Housing Associations' Management of Financial
Risk), proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 3 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 4 postponed.
Paragraphs 5 to 40 read and agreed to.
Postponed paragraph 4 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Thirteenth Report of the
Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
