Mr Nigel Crisp, Permanent Secretary, Department of Health, and
NHS Chief Executive, was further examined; and Mr David Fillingham,
Director of the Modernisation Agency, NHS, was examined (HC 376-i).

Resolved, That the Report be the Forty-fifth Report of
the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 134
(Select Committees (Reports)) be applied to the Report.
