Mr Glenn Hull, Second Treasury Officer of Accounts, was further
examined.
The Comptroller and Auditor General's Report on The Auction of
Radio Spectrum for the Third Generation of Mobile Telephones (HC
233) was considered.
Mr David Hendon, Chief Executive, Radiocommunications Agency,
was examined (HC 436-i).
Mr David Rendel declared a pecuniary interest as a shareholder
in British Telecom, and a non-pecuniary interest in that Vodaphone
is in his constituency.
The witness was further examined.

Postponed paragraph 4 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Thirtieth Report of the
Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 134
(Select Committees (Reports)) be applied to the Report.
