Ms Rachel Lomax, Permanent Secretary, and Mr John Codling, Principal Finance Officer, Department for Work and Pensions; and Ms Alexis Cleveland, Chief Executive, Benefits Agency, were examined (HC 595-i).
The witnesses withdrew.
