The Comptroller and Auditor General's Report on Pipes and Wires: Regulating prices and quality of networks delivering essential services (HC 723) was considered.
Mr Philip Fletcher, Director General, Office of Water Services; Mr Callum McCarthy, Chairman and Chief Executive, Office of Gas and Electricity Markets; and Mr David Edmonds, Director General, Office of Telecommunications, were examined (HC 831-i).
A division of the House being called, the Chairman suspended the meeting for ten minutes.
The Committee resumed.

Resolved, That the Report be the Fiftieth Report of the Committee to the House.
