Draft Report (Public Participation: Issues and Innovations: the
Government Response to the Committee's Sixth Report of Session
2000-01), proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.
The Minutes of Proceedings relating to the consideration of
the Report are published in the First Report from the Committee,
HC 334 p.xiv).
The New Centre: Sir Richard Wilson, GCB, Secretary of the Cabinet,
Head of the Home Civil Service, was examined.
