Draft Report (The Second Chamber: Continuing the Reform: The Government
Response to the Committee's Fifth Report), proposed by the Chairman,
brought up and read.
(The Minutes of Proceedings relating to consideration of the
Report are published in the Sixth Report Committee, HC 794 (2001-2002)
p.9).
Resolved, That the Committee do visit the Netherlands from17
to 18 June 2002 in connection with its inquiry into Public Service
Reform.- (The Chairman)
Public Appointments and Patronage: Barbara Roche, a Member of
the House, Minister of State, Christopher Leslie, a Member of
the House, Parliamentary Secretary and Helen Ghosh, Director of
the Central Secretariat, Cabinet Office, were examined;
Fi Glover, BBC Radio Five Live broadcaster, was examined.
