The Committee deliberated.
Resolved, That the special attention of the House be drawn
to the Draft African Development Fund (Additional Subscriptions)
Order 2002 and the draft Caribbean Development Bank (Further Payments)
Order 2002, on the ground that there is, as yet, no power to make
the Orders.—(Brian White.)
Ordered, That the written evidence submitted in relation
to the instrument be reported to the House.
Draft Report, proposed by Mr White, brought up, read the first
and second time and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Third Report of the Committee
to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
[Adjourned till a day and time to be fixed by the Chairman.
