With reference to your telephone call requesting
confirmation that the rental income for the years 1990/91 to 1996/97
has been disclosed to the Inland Revenue and tax due thereon paid.
I can confirm that the tax due on the Rental Income
has been paid for all years, in respect of the property at 41
Station Road.
I can also confirm that the Office Costs Allowance
paid by the Fees Office has been included on your Tax Returns
and tax has been paid for each year concerned. The Office Costs
Allowance included the sums paid out as rents upon which the tax
due has been paid.
