E-mail to the Parliamentary Commissioner
for Standards from Mr John Rowan
Further to our telephone conversation of 3rd September
01. I would like to confirm the following points.
1) After checking my records I can confirm it
was Lesley Quinn who informed me that Jamie Maxton's salary was
paid out of Mr Maxtons parliamentary allowance.
2) Both Kevin Reid and Chris Winslow were present
at the staff Christmas drinks party in Delta House DEC 98.
3) When the Report was published on 22nd Dec
00 Suzanne Hilliard and Jamie Maxton were invited to join the
Staff after our Christmas lunch.
