Pursuant to Part 36 of the Civil Procedure Rules
our client is prepared to make an offer of settlement in respect
of the whole of her claim, the conditions of which are set out
below —
1. That you undertake not to disclose any information
of a confidential nature concerning our client, her practice and/or
her clients;
2. That you return any documentation concerning
such matters that is within your possession to our client.
This offer remains open for acceptance for 21 days.
After then you may only accept this offer if a) we agree liability
for costs; or b) the court gives permission.
