Letter to Ms Maria Fernandes

from Bulfin & Company, Employment Law Solicitors

RE—MS RITA GRESTYWITHOUT PREJUDICE

Further to our letter of 20th July, 2000, we are writing to let you know that our client has now been admitted to hospital as an in-patient.

It is apparent that her ill-health is directly related to her employment with your firm and we anticipate receipt of medical reports shortly which will be made available to you in due course. In the meantime we are instructed to advise you that there is to be no contact with our client from you or anybody connected with your firm.

We should be obliged to receive a response to our first letter of 11th July, 2000.

27 July 2000
