Thank you for your recent letter.
We are enclosing a list showing the net amounts paid
to or received from HM Customs & Excise during the period
1st June 1998 (VAT registration date) to 30th April 2001 (date
of de-registration).
From our Working Papers we are able to supply you
with the salary paid to employee, M H Pathan, as follows, April
to October 1998—£***, November to March 1999—£***.
PAYE and NI was, of course, paid to the Inland Revenue by the
due dates.
We confirm that from our Working Papers payments
made to the Directors were as follows: —

We confirm that our Working Papers do not show any
payment or work carried out by the Company for the Asian Business
Network.
We confirm that our Working Papers do not show any

From our Working Papers we are unable to identify
any monies received for individual events or activities organised
by the Company.
In early July, we were informed by Companies House
that an objection had been lodged to the winding up of the Company,
which was subsequently confirmed as being by the Inland Revenue,
following their normal practice. The Company Secretary was notified
of this on 10th July 2001.
