Further to your call, I am sorry for the delay in
getting back to you.
From my recollection the St James event was held
probably in summer 1998 and the location for the Birmingham event
was either Midland or the Grand in Birmingham. As I have repeatedly
said only Mr Mahmoud would have known the full details.
You also ask me about the date of re-print of your
book, from recollection it was later half of 1998.
