Having read the letter I suggested to him that when
he finalised the draft he addressed the question of whether or
not the contributions he had made had covered all years in which
he used his office for political activity. And that he should
make clear on what basis and for what purpose he made the contribution,
otherwise the reader was not clear. He said he would take that
into consideration when he wrote his letter to me which he would
do as soon as possible.
