Letter to Mr Nigel Griffiths MP
from the Parliamentary Commissioner for
Standards
Thank you for your letter of 17 December 2001. I
have not received any further complaint but should I do so I will,
of course, copy it to you for your response.
I am in the process of reviewing the information
before me. I shall need to make a report to the Standards and
Privileges Committee on the matter and would expect to do so early
in the New Year.
I will send my report to you in draft prior to coming
to any conclusions. This will allow you to make further comments,
if you so wish, and to suggest corrections of fact.
During my review, should I need further information
I will contact you again.
